When should I order the stall mats?
Please place your order as early as possible, as quantities are limited and reservations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Stall mats are not guaranteed without a confirmed reservation and payment.
Can we pay by check?
Yes. If paying by check, payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled installation date. Orders paid by check must be placed via phone or email. Stall mats will not be installed if payment has not been received by the deadline.
If I can't make an event that I rented stall mats for, do I get a refund?
Refunds are available only if requested more than 14 days prior to the scheduled installation date. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of installation or after stall mats have been installed, for any reason. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Do you provide shavings?
No. Renters are responsible for providing their own shavings or bedding for their stalls.
Are the mats cleaned after they have been used?
Yes. All stall mats are power washed and sanitized with Sani-T-10 after each use to ensure cleanliness and biosecurity.
What should I do if my horse is chewing on the stall mats?
Please add additional bedding, as chewing often indicates insufficient coverage. If the issue continues, contact us immediately and we can apply an organic chew deterrent to the mats.
What if the event we are attending is not listed on your website?
Please contact us directly. We will determine availability and whether we can service your event.
What happens if my horse damages the stall mats?
The renter is financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Damaged mats will be charged at replacement cost, in accordance with our rental terms.
What if my dates of arrival/departure differ from the dates of the event?
Please notify us in advance of any date changes. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, changes are subject to availability and scheduling and cannot be guaranteed.
