When should I order the stall mats?

Please order them at your earliest convenience as quantities are limited.

Can we pay by check?

If you would like to pay by check, the check must be received two weeks prior to the first day of the show. You will have to call and order the mats over the phone or via email.

If I can't make an event that I rented stall mats for, do I get a refund?

Absolutely! Please call and we will refund your payment.

Do you provide shavings?

You are required to provide your own shavings for your own stalls.

Are the mats cleaned after they have been used?

Yes! We power wash the mats and sanitize them with Sani-T-10 after each use!

What do I do if my horse is chewing on the stall mats?

Please add more bedding as there might not be enough!
In this instance please call us and we can spray your mats with an organic chew stop to help.

What if the event we are attending is not listed on your website?

Please call us and we will see if you are available to mat your event.

What happens if my horse damages the stall mats?

You will be charged for the pieces of the damaged mats.

What if my dates of arrival/departure differ from the dates of the event?

Please contact us and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
