Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Showtime Stall Mats provides stall mat rentals for scheduled events, not retail products. Due to the planning, logistics, and reservation of inventory involved, strict refund and return policies apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if requested more than 14 days prior to the scheduled stall mat installation date.

No refunds will be issued within 14 days of installation or after stall mats have been installed, for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, schedule changes, weather, equine illness or reduced participation.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued less any applicable transaction or processing fees and credited to the original method of payment.

Returns

Stall mats are rented equipment and are not eligible for return in the traditional retail sense. All mats remain the property of Showtime Stall Mats and are retrieved following the event.

The renter assumes full responsibility for the stall mats from the time of installation until retrieval by Showtime Stall Mats.

Damage, Loss, or Missing Equipment

Any stall mats that are damaged beyond reasonable reuse, lost, stolen, or not accounted for at the time of retrieval will be charged at a replacement cost of $350 per stall. The renter authorizes Showtime Stall Mats to charge the credit card on file for any damaged, missing, or unaccounted-for mats.

To avoid a missing stall mat charge, renters must notify Showtime Stall Mats immediately if mats are moved from their originally installed location.

Sale Items & Exchanges

Discounted pricing, promotional rates, or special offers are non-refundable. Exchanges are not applicable, as all rentals are event-specific.

Responsibility Period

Responsibility for stall mats remains with the renter until Showtime Stall Mats has retrieved the mats and confirmed release of responsibility. Damage, theft, loss, or failure to account for mats prior to that time remains the renter’s responsibility.
